General claim conditions
Important: please note you can submit a claim in the following cases:
- The claim amount is higher than € 400,-; this is your own risk
- You have not driven with the vehicle over 50 kilometers
- The odometer shows less than 250.000 km
- The car is no older than 15 years
- When the car is not longer than 24 hours in your possession
- Repair work hasn’t already been done to the vehicle
- You have not already resold the vehicle
- If the claim is not about a wear part (clutch, mass fly wheel, ect.)
It is not possible to submit any claims regarding the results from the ‘BCA EV Battery Health Grading Report’.
